I have spent more than 40 years practicing law - as a senior lawyer with large corporations and governmental agencies. I also have been an Internet entrepreneur since 1999. Put another way, I am a seasoned counselor of law, with broad experience and excellent people skills, who is just as comfortable with technology as I am trying a case in front of a judge or jury.
I have a significant amount of real litigation experience – not just watching someone else, or carrying someone’s trial briefcase, but actually serving as the lead lawyer. In fact, I have tried almost 100 civil, criminal, and complex administrative cases.
I have mentored other attorneys, and been recognized for my skill in training engineers and scientists about the judicial process. I have managed medical malpractice cases, and lectured about the legal system to medical personnel. I have considerable experience dealing with expert witnesses. In short, I know how to use the right kind of experts to help make the strongest case possible for my clients.
I can help you navigate through a large organization like the VA as your disability claim is processed.
I am innovative in my thinking and my approach, and determined in my actions.
I am the kind of advocate you need on your side.
Let me be YOURVAADVOCATE.
